Terms of Service

ArbScout is a research and information tool. It reads public market data from Kalshi, Polymarket US, Polymarket (polymarket.com) and Novig, matches markets that appear to ask the same question, and estimates what each side would cost after fees, how much size the order books can absorb, and how confident we are that two markets resolve identically.

ArbScout provides information only. It is not investment, trading or betting advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any contract. ArbScout does not place trades, execute orders or hold funds on your behalf, and it is not a broker, exchange or investment adviser. ArbScout is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kalshi or Polymarket. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate; fees shown are estimates. Every trade you place is your own decision.

ArbScout does not know your finances, positions or objectives and does not tailor anything it shows to you. The filters and saved searches you set are your own. Nothing on the service is a recommendation that you buy or sell any contract.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ArbScout, or 21 where your jurisdiction or a venue requires it. Event contracts are not available everywhere, and sports contracts in particular are subject to ongoing state-level legal challenges. ArbScout does not determine your eligibility: you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and with each venue’s own terms.

ArbScout is intended for users in the United States. By using it you confirm that you meet these requirements, and you agree not to use it where doing so would be unlawful.

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for everything done through your account. A subscription is for one person; do not share your account. Tell us promptly at support@idea-engine.studio if you think someone else has used it.

While your account is in good standing we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ArbScout for your own research. ArbScout's software, analyses, confidence grades, match data and presentation are owned by Idea Engine LLC or its licensors. You may not:

• republish, resell, redistribute or sublicense the data or analyses;
• scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the service, or access it by automated means other than a normal browser;
• reverse engineer the service, or probe, overload or bypass its security;
• use ArbScout to break any law or any venue's terms; or
• use someone else's account, or let someone else use yours.

Saved searches and preferences you create stay yours. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. We do not use them for any other purpose and do not sell them.

ArbScout is sold as a subscription: $10 every month, or $25 every 3 months, plus any applicable tax. The price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time online from Billing → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does. Promotion codes apply only as stated when issued and have no cash value.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Kalshi, Polymarket US, Polymarket (polymarket.com) and Novig are independent exchanges. ArbScout is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and their names are used only to identify the markets we describe. Any account you hold with a venue, and every trade you place there, is governed by that venue's own terms. Market data, fee schedules and resolution rules come from third parties and can change without notice; figures shown may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and fees shown are estimates.

Trade responsibly. An event contract can lose its entire value, and a pair that looks like arbitrage can still lose both legs if the two markets resolve differently. Only commit money you can afford to lose, and set your own limits.

ArbScout is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idea Engine LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any price, fee, edge, return, capacity or confidence grade is accurate or current, that any opportunity exists or will still exist when you act, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idea Engine LLC will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to ArbScout, including losses from acting on any information it shows. Our total liability for any claim relating to ArbScout is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idea Engine LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of ArbScout, your breach of these Terms, your trading, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

You may stop using ArbScout and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully or to extract data, or where required by law. If we close your account without cause we will refund the unused part of your current period. We may also discontinue ArbScout with reasonable notice, refunding any prepaid unused period. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from ArbScout will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wisconsin, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@idea-engine.studio so we can try to resolve it informally.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For a material change we will email you or ask you to accept the new Terms when you next sign in or subscribe. Continuing to use ArbScout after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about ArbScout. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor to the business.
